#OLD SCHOOL DIAMONDBACK BMX PARTS PRO#
Here is a nice Old School BMX Cycle Pro SHOT GUN II red seat. You said this "The ones with the smaller gusette are the factory team super vipers or (pacer 500) wich sounds gay thats why they changed the name to SV" which I either read incorrect or misinterpreted, so I corrected on how I read it.Original Old School BMX Cycle Pro SHOT GUN II seat from the 80s. Didnt say anything about 1983 different years bro! CHEARYOHH MATE!!!! I was refering to 1984 the pacer 500(super viper) has a factory team isued frame decale on it. The VM serialised frames are way before Akisu stated manufacturing the Diamond gussett frames of 1982 onwards and pre-date the original Pro of 1979. The Pacer was originally meant to be the replacement for the Silver Streak.moving forward it because the Super Streak.which again was dropped and the name Silver Streak returned later on. DB dropped the name of the Pacer due to sales and blamed it on the 'name' they used. It was simply a re-development born out of improving geometry and weight.
That's not entirely correct, DB introduced the small gussett in 1983 with the introduction of the Formula One and it had nothing to do with Team riders. But the better parts you put on any bike will make it lighter any way.
If you want a DB Any viper is the one to have for a reasonable price. They wanted a lighter frame during 84 so they went with the SV. The ones with the smaller gusette are the factory team super vipers or (pacer 500) wich sounds gay thats why they changed the name to SV.The 84 viper is a well respected frame in the BMX world won lots of races. Why do you see some 84's with the large gussets and some with the small? Are the ones with the large gusset built in 83 for 84 release?
